1. Terms & Conditions
Thank you for your interest in my shows! With the acceptance of your purchase of a ticket of Mike Casa Comedy (MCC), a contract is formed between the audience member and MCC. Therefore, I ask you to read these general terms.
2. Cancellation by the artist
In case this show is organized by MCC on behalf of another artist, if for any reason the artist will cancel the show and no new date will be provided, MCC will reimburse 80% of the ticket minus the platform commissions. The ticket will not be fully reimbursed because MCC already incurred costs (ads, venues, etc.).
3. Online Offer
When events are published, MCC reserves the right to change the information provided. Furthermore, events can change date or be suspended without giving reasons. MCC will not reimburse the tickets in case of impossibility to attend the show by the ticket holder(s). However, you will have the possibility to insure your tickets directly with the ticket platform at purchase.
The insurance stipulated with the ticket platform is not managed by MCC, and a possible reimbursement should be clarified directly with the ticket platform.
4. Content of the shows
MCC assumes no liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information and events provided. Liability claims against MCC, which relate to material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are excluded in principle.
MCC assumes no liability for the content of the shows for himself and for the other comedians or actors involved, which might be offensive for some people or contain vulgarity, profanity, and obscenity.
5. Recording of the show
MCC might record the show, and use the recorded material on social media, websites, and other platforms. In this recording, audience members might be recorded as well. MCC assumes no liability for the content. By buying a ticket, you consent to be filmed in this public space. If you ever have a problem with any clip published online you are very welcome to contact me and ask to have it removed (as of today, with more than 200 shows organized we never received a single complain).
Any audience recording of my act or other comedians’ acts is forbidden.
6. Seating
MCC makes sure that you will have a seating place during the show by limiting the number of tickets sold based on the seats available on the premise. However, some unforeseen might emerge such as miscalculations, non-invited guests taking a seat or the premise changing the amount of chairs/seats available. In this case, the audience member is entitled to come to another show for free if he communicated the situation prior to the beginning of the show. If the audience member comes to the show after its start, he/she is not entitled to such offer and no compensation will be provided.
7. Mailing list
By purchasing the ticket, you automatically allow the use of your email for MCC marketing and communication. You will be able to easily unsubscribe from any newsletters from MCC.
